⚠️First Week Reminders⚠️

Hello PCS families!  Some reminders for a smooth first week of school:
-PCS drop off starts at 7:45 and ends at 8:15.  The side gate will be locked at 8:16 and you must use the front office entrance after that time.  No parents through the gate please! 
-If you have children in both DCS and PCS, you may drop them both off in the DCS carline by the front office.  This drop off time is 7:35-8:00.  PCS students will wait inside the gate by the lunch area and will go to class at 7:45.  
-Our afternoon carline is 3:15-3:35.  Please be patient the first few days!  If you are walking up to get your child, you will come to the "walk up" area by the front office.  PLEASE have your carline tag (or a picture of it) ready!  
-If your PCS student is waiting for their DCS sibling to get them from walkers, please communicate this plan to your children.  DCS students DO NOT need to have a carline tag.  They will need to tell a Primary teacher who they are picking up and then they will be released.  All PCS students need to be picked up no later than 3:35.
-Please be sure to fill out the Student Info form. that was sent to you at end of the school year and also posted in Parent Square by the classroom teachers.  This is a quick, easy Google form that the teachers use to track dietary needs, allergies, and other important details.
-You also need to PRINT AND SIGN the Aeries student data confirmation form.  These need to be returned as soon as possible, as it is our emergency contact information.  You should have previously received a Parent Square message on how to complete this process.
-Friday, August 7 is early release.  Primary will be dismissed at 12:30.
-Last but not least, PCS Back to School Night will be on Friday, August 14 from 5:00-6:00.  We hope to see you there!
